• A demo version containing one level. It doesn't seem as if this version was ever publicly released (e.g. via magazines)
• Release contains an intro and trainer
• The title screen has a different logo, reading "Alien III" instead of "Alien³"
• The intro text is different
• The levels have a different color scheme
• The timer lengths are 5 seconds longer than the final game, across all difficulties
• The "Tries" option doesn't work
