A prototype of VR Baseball '97 for the PlayStation.
Notes
- Plextor drive dumped the disc in scrambled mode. Descrambled version is included.
- Different tunes play in the opening sequences; they sound like placeholder samples from music which they didn't have the license for
- Disclaimer logo appears after the opening FMV (and is different), followed by the loading screen (different, too). The disclaimer then reappears, oddly
- The disclaimer appears after the title screen in retail
- Title screen's music is a slightly different rendition.
- The "Press START to continue" pulses in color, instead of being static
- Different main menu
- More loading screens/sequences than in the retail for menu selections
- Main menu selections, such as Homerun Derby, don't open up the match setup menu; it just goes straight into the game.
- Miscellaneous Notes:
- Game is emulatable: Yes (as of April 17, 2021).
- Game contains dongle protection: No.
- Game contains debugging symbols: N/A
