Notes

  • Post-dates the Japanese final build by 13 days.
  • Debugging features are accessed by pressing Select in the overworld and menus, as well as R1 during gameplay.
  • The Start Menu can be accessed by pressing L1+R1+L2+R2+start+select at the same time.
  • Start freezes the game pressing start again brings up a "DebugMenu" pressing start a third time freezes the game, and a fourth reverts gameplay.
  • Pressing select brings up 6 menus. world options, collision viewer, camera settings, lighting options, sound options limited to that map, and file options.
  • In the cathedral of shadows: press select to test fusion settings. Pressing select gives a second page.
  • Going to shop, or rag test in the start menu gives the option to display any shop as a 0x0- 0x3F
  • In battle system press X on controller 2 to bring up information. Press R1 to change the character selected and its stats, L1 to view collision, and L3 to bring up another menu.
  • The elf file can be used if forced into another version of the game, such as Maniax or Chronicle, but it is sporadically usable, but it will not work in any non-Japanese games. This implies the debug system can be ported.
