Flash Point was an unlicenced Tetris style arcade game released by Sega in 1988. A port for Flash Point (along with Sega's version of Tetris) was planned for the Sega Mega Drive. This was never released (presumably to avoid legal troubles with Nintendo who had recently acquired the console rights to Tetris).

This prototype appears to be from very late in development, as the entire game is playable. The single player and multiplayer modes from the arcade version are present, in addition to a multiplayer co-op mode and a level editor.

Gameplay of the 2 player co-op mode. Both players add pieces to the same board simultaneously.
