Notes
General Differences
- An NTSC-U preview build dated around two and a half months before the final.
- Cheat codes don't work
- Credits button just shows Paradox logo again
- Practice mode forces you into the Danger Room stage
- Survival mode isn't available
- Many characters seem to be locked for the preview build.
- Story mode only has two cutscenes and two fights without loading times: Forge vs Mystique and Forge vs Nightcrawler (all three locked characters)
- Forge and Cyclops movelist are empty
- Move list has a bigger font, resulting in too long names being divided in two paragraphs, the second one turning white
- Combo strings and throws are shown in the movelist, unlike the final game
- In practice mode, Change is now Toggle
