Notes

• A build dating two months before the US final build.
• The internal serial differs from that of the US final, being T0000M in this build. The internal version number is 0.800, rather than the final's 1.000. Writing on the disc refers to this build as "3.0".
• The header contains the string "THIS IS A SAMPLE DISK FOR USE INTHE OFFICE ONLY / DO NOT SELL / DO NOT CARRY OUT FROM THE OFFICE".
• The logo sequence is unfinished.
• The title screen says "PRESS START" instead of "PRESS START BUTTON", and the title screen also includes some different copyright text on a red banner along the bottom of the screen.
• An FPS counter is present in the bottom right corner of the screen during gameplay, as well as another unidentified value.
• Locked levels can be selected in menus.
• Music appears to be missing in-game.
