This prototype maybe the completed Sonic 3 with the original concept , The Glowing Spheres stage are a completed version of Sonic 3's unused Glowing Spheres stage since it uses the Sonic 3's Pallete and Sprites and Mushroom Hill layout are the same as Sonic 3's unused Mushroom Valley layout .
