Notes

• Contains debug menus. Press Select to open menu, left and right to expand menu and up and down to scroll menu. Haven't found a way of closing the menu yet, Select just deselects the menu but it's still on screen.
• There are more options in the main menu but none of them seem to be selectable.
• Start from the main menu takes you to the asylum level.
